Price and market your home correctly to sell!In todays market price and marketing are the key to successfully selling your home. Every property will sell if it is priced correctly. Your agent should provide you with a good CMA to determine the best price to list your home at. Remember, the first 4 weeks are the most important weeks of all so do not price it high and decide to reduce the price later - you will miss the large wave of possible buyers.
