!!  WOW !!  What a great way to start out the summer concert season down at the Lake Harriet Bandshell.  Bring the whole family and get out and enjoy the sun and fun with some GREAT music.

First, this Friday night, June 3 at 7:30 Allison Scott, one of this areas real talents.  Just back from her West Coast mini-tour, Alison's sound is uniquely her own and she is backed by a great group of musicians notably lead by Grammy winning producer and guitar player Kevin Bowe.  Alison loves this venue and it really shows each time she plays here.  If a phenomenal evening of Pop and Soul is your pleasure come and enjoy.

Secondly on Sunday afternoon the 5th at 2:00 the series continues with Davina and the Vagabonds.  Davina is a Jazzy/Bluesy powerhouse sure to entertain and impress you with her vocal stylings and heartfelt keyboards.  Known for her interpretations of such greats as Etta James and her own compositions she will delight any and all music fans.

The best part of these shows is that they are all FREE and great fun for the entire family.  Come early and picnic in the park adjacent to the band shell and stay for the music.
