Plymouth, MN Real Estate Update
The latest statistics from the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS show an 8%+ decrease in new listings year to date compared to last year (less inventory is a good thing with levels still high). Closed sales are also down this year to date but only by 2.5%. It's good news for median sale price with a year to date increase to $248,954 ~ this is a 2.9% increase from last years ...
