 Having been a local real estate professional in Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota since 1988, Jim Henry has successfully assisted over 1,000 clients with the purchase or sale of real estate.

Having grown up in Durand, WI with a farming background, Jim developed a strong work ethic and sense of doing what's right for people, which he continues to utilize when serving his clients and customers today.

Matching that work ethic with an effective use of technology, Jim's been able to successfully and efficiently deliver a higher level of customer service to his clients and customers, which keeps them coming back, as well as, referring their friends and relatives to him. 70% of Jim's business is derived from repeat and referred customers.

Jim's also been a very active participant in the community. From participating in community groups like the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and the Jaycees; to volunteering as a coach for basketball and softball; to holding leadership positions with Neighborhood Associations to the Township Planning and Zoning Committee; as well as, serving a leadership role with the Local and State Board of Realtors.
