Remembering the bridge collapse victims

Minneapolis will mark the 4th year anniversary of the bridge collapse by dedicating a memorial honoring the lives lost and the survivors of the disaster tonight on the bridge at 6:05. Have you seen the Pianos around St. Paul?

Starting this past June 20 Local artists painted donated pianos and were placed all around St. Paul to raise money for Keys for Kids.  The public is welcome to sit down and play a tune. The pianos will be out until the end of the week, so look around if your in the area and play or take in a tune!  What a fun idea Pianos on Parade!

There is light at the end of what appears to be a bad April

As we have all seen in the news, on the internet, and through word of mouth, housing sales are still down.We are seeing that the median sale price is down 11% from last year and the number of sales seem disappointing.  However, this time last year, buyers were offered a significant tax credit up to $8000 if they closed by April 30.  This effects the numbers we compare our year-to-date sales ...
