The Autism 5K is a Run / Walk to support families affected by Autism. May 21st, 2011 at Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis, MN - open to all.  Support the familes and friends affected by Autism.  Walk/Run, Cheer on, or just keep them in your thoughts this weekend and every weekend.

SALES STATS AND INVERTORY

Lets take a look at closing stats from January 2010-January 2011. Closed transactions in Minnesota were up 10.6% over last year. Slightly higher at 10.8% for TwinCities Metro area. Statewide inventory levels are down.  There are 19.4% fewer homes on the market in January 2011 than last year.
